BUDDY SYSTEM: The buddy system is a great way to lower any chance of internal theft. If employees know that they are being watched by another person, they are less likely to steal anything. This is important during opening and closing, or whenever there is money being handled, (i.e. night deposits). The buddy system lowers opportunities for internal and external theft to occur.
